9.08.050: FALSE NAME, AGE OR ADDRESS TO LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER:
A person commits a class C misdemeanor if, with the intent of misleading a law enforcement officer as to her or his identity or age, such person knowingly gives a false name, age or address to a law enforcement officer in the lawful discharge of the officer's official duties. (Prior code § 12-15-8)
