The limits referred to in chapters 22 and 30 of the International Fire Code, in which the storage of compressed natural gas storage is prohibited, are established as follows:
A. No compressed natural gas shall be stored in residential areas without the written approval after application for and written permit from the Fire Chief.
B. No compressed natural gas shall be stored in commercial and/or mercantile areas without the written approval after application for and written permit from the Chief of the Fire Department. (Ord. 03-12 § 1, 2003: Ord. 96-14 § 2, 1996)
