6A.08.100: COMMUNICABLE DISEASES:

No person shall knowingly harbor, keep or sell any animal afflicted with mange, ringworm, distemper, parvovirus, kennel cough, or any other contagious disease, unless such animal is being given adequate necessary treatment to control and eliminate the disease. (Ord. 19-06, 2019)
