6A.08.080: DOGS ATTACKING DOMESTIC ANIMALS:
Regardless of any provision in City ordinance that may state otherwise, any person may kill a dog attacking domestic animals as provided in Utah Code Annotated section 18-1-3, 1953, as amended, as adopted and incorporated herein by this reference. (Ord. 19-06, 2019)
