6A.08.070: PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AND PROPERTY:
Except for specific areas and times authorized and posted by Logan City, no animal is allowed to be kept on the public right- of-way or public property without permission from the affected entity. Animals walked on the public right-of-way or designated public property shall be handled on a leash at all times. (Ord. 19-06, 2019)
