6A.08.060: RESTRAINING ANIMALS ON UNENCLOSED PREMISES:
It is unlawful for any person to restrain, confine, pen, chain, stake, or otherwise tether any animal on an unenclosed premises in a manner that allows the animal to go beyond the property line unless permission is obtained from the owner of the affected property or owner of the animal owns a legal property interest in the affected property. (Ord. 19-06, 2019)
