It is the purpose and intent of this title to provide for comprehensive animal control regulations to govern the City and protect life and property. It is the intent of this title that the City's animal services provider administer and comply with:
A. The Animal Welfare Act set forth in Utah Code section 11-46-101 et seq.
B. The Animal Shelter Pet Sterilization Act set forth in Utah Code section 11-46-201 et seq.
C. The Community Cat Act set forth in Utah Code section 11-46-301 et seq. (Ord. 19-06, 2019)
