The municipal council shall hold its regular meetings two (2) times each month as follows: on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at five thirty o’clock (5:30) P.M. at the city offices. In the absence of a quorum or for other good cause, the municipal council may cancel or reschedule any regular meeting.
