A. The general function of the property and building management division is to maintain, repair, improve and oversee the leasing or managing of any city properties not directly managed by another division or department of the city and to perform all other functions required by law.
B. The manager of the property and building management division shall supervise the maintenance, repair and improvement of city properties, and to manage other city property as described in this section and perform any other duties or functions required by law. (Prior code § 2-1-2(h)(2))
