2.02.227: DEPARTMENT OF TREASURER; UTILITY BILLING AND COLLECTIONS DIVISION:

The general functions of the utility billing and collections division are to provide utility billing and collection services for the city's enterprise funds, to provide collection support services for other divisions as requested, and to perform all other functions and duties required by law. (Ord. 91-22 § 9, 1991)
