5.02.170: DOING BUSINESS UNLAWFUL AFTER LICENSE DENIED, SUSPENDED OR REVOKED:
If at any time a license is denied, suspended or revoked under the provisions of this chapter, it shall thereafter be unlawful for any person to conduct a business for which a license is required at the premises where the license is suspended or revoked or the application for the license denied until a new license shall be granted by the administrator or the license under suspension is reinstated to active status. Every day the business operates while in a state of denial, revocation or suspension shall be considered a separate offense subject to citation. (Ord. 05-25 § 1, 2005: Ord. 97-76 § 1, 1997)
