This chapter establishes the city’s impact fee policies and procedures and is promulgated pursuant to the requirements of the Utah impact fees act. This chapter establishes or reenacts impact fees for water, wastewater, parks, power, and transportation within the service area, describes certain capital improvements to be funded by impact fees, provides a schedule of impact fees for differing types of land use development, and sets forth direction for challenging, modifying and appealing impact fees.
