3.04.010: SYSTEM ADOPTED:
Pursuant to Utah code section 10-8-2 and other pertinent provisions of the laws of the state, there is adopted and established a purchasing system for the city which shall be based on the principles set out in this chapter. (Ord. 14-75, 2014)
