§ 90.23 FERAL CATS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this section, any cat that is wild, stray or not owned shall be considered feral. A domestic cat turned wild shall be considered feral. Feral cats are not considered pets.
   (B)   No person shall feed, harbor, or house a feral cat or cats.
   (C)   Any person who violates or fails to comply with this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
