(A) The Service Director shall have jurisdiction when or if there is any dispute, complaint, or confusion concerning water and sewer user classification.
(B) Delineation of replacement and/or repair of water and sewer customer service laterals.
(1) The city shall be responsible from the main line to the meter pit or the curb stop, whichever is farther from the main line.
(2) The user is responsible for the remainder.
(3) In the event of a dispute, the Service Director's judgement shall be final.
