Industrial, commercial, multi-family, or other similar structures shall pay a one-time usage fee according to the following schedule:

Assembly hall, church, theater, auditorium | $1,600 up to 200 seats |
$800 per additional 100 seats or fraction | |

Factories, industrial plants | $1,600 up to 20 employees |
$1,600 per additional 20 employees or fraction | |
Hospital, nursing home, handicap home | $1,600 per every three beds or fraction |
Laundry | $800 per washing machine |
Office | $1,600 up to ten employees |
$1,600 per additional ten employees or fraction | |
Retail/service | $1,600 up to ten employees |

Petroleum/electric vehicle filling station | $4,800 up to four islands |
$1,200 per each additional island | |
Hotel, motel, spa | $1,600 up to five rooms |
