(A) The fee schedule for parades and running events shall be as follows:
(1) $300.00 - long parade (from the fairgrounds to State Route 664), example: Christmas parade;
(2) $100.00 - short parade;
(3) $100.00 - running events.
(B) It shall be within the discretion of the Service Director to determine whether a parade is longer or shorter, whose determination shall be final. Upon determination by the Service Director as to the type of event, fees shall be paid to the Service Director prior to the event.
(C) The Service Director may use his discretion to waive any applicable parade fee for not for profit organizers exempt under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
