§ 157.284 SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS AND SAFEGUARDS.

In approving any planned unit development district, the Planning Commission and City Council may prescribe appropriate conditions and safeguards in conformity with this chapter. Violation of such conditions or safeguards when made a part of the terms under which the final development plan is approved, shall be deemed a violation of this chapter and punishable under § 150.031 of this chapter.
