Before holding the public hearing, notice of such hearing shall be given by at least one publication in one or more newspapers of general circulation at least 30 days before the hearing. The notice shall set forth the time and place of the public hearing, the nature and a general description and summary of the planned unit development, and a statement that all papers relating to the planned unit development are on file with the Clerk and open for public inspection.
