§ 157.247 PROHIBITION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA ESTABLISHMENTS AND PROHIBITION AGAINST THE POSSESSION, MANUFACTURE, DELIVERY, OR ADVERTISEMENT OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA BY ANY PERSON.

The following provisions shall apply, in addition to all other regulations in this chapter and the Codified Ordinances of the City of Logan, to the location of drug paraphernalia establishments and to the possession, manufacture, delivery or advertisement of drug paraphernalia by any person.
