§ 157.245 ZONING OF ADULT ENTERTAINMENT BUSINESSES.

(A) Adult entertainment businesses are conditionally permitted uses established in accordance with the provisions of §§ 157.048 to 157.053 of this chapter.

(B) Adult entertainment business uses shall be conditionally permitted uses in conformance with the following schedule of uses and districts.

CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES	DISTRICTS CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED
Adult Book Store or Adult Video Store	B-2, B-3
Adult Motion Picture Theater	B-2, B-3
Adult Motion Picture Drive-In Theater	M-2
Adult Only Entertainment Establishment	B-2, B-3, M-2
