§ 157.152 ACCESS RESERVATIONS FOR FUTURE DEVELOPMENT.
   Applicants choosing to subdivide land along existing public roads are required to reserve parcels of land for access to the rear of the property for future development. Such reservation strips should be a minimum of 60 feet in width, and are for the purpose of avoiding "landlocked" parcels of land in the future.
