§ 157.143 REDUCTION OF AREA OR SPACE.

No lot, yard, parking area, or other space shall be reduced in area or dimension, thus making said area or dimension less than the minimum required by this chapter. Nothing in this section shall be interpreted to limit the power of the Board of Zoning Appeals in granting variances in conformance with this chapter.
