§ 157.142 PRINCIPAL BUILDINGS PER LOT.
   No more than one principal building or structure may be constructed upon any one lot for the purposes of this chapter. Rear dwellings shall be prohibited and considered non-conforming uses subject to the requirements of this chapter.
