On a corner lot, the principal building and all accessory buildings shall be required to meet the front yard requirements of the district from all street right-of-way lines, provided however, that this requirement shall not require the buildable width of a lot of record to be reduced to less than 40 feet for the purposes of a principal building. Accessory buildings shall comply with the front yard requirement in all cases. On a double frontage lot, the front yard requirement of the district from both streets shall be met.
