§ 157.108 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT (B-1).

The purpose of the Central Business District is to recognize and to encourage the future development of the existing downtown retail, governmental, office and institutional core of the city and to encourage reasonable expansion that will not unduly jeopardize adjacent residential neighborhoods.
