§ 157.057 RECORD OF SUBSTANTIALLY SIMILAR USES.
   The Zoning Inspector shall maintain a record of all uses that have been determined to be substantially similar and all uses that have been determined not to be substantially similar. Such records shall be maintained by the Zoning Inspector in a separate book entitled "Record of Substantially Similar Uses" which shall be a public record. The list shall be used by the Zoning Inspector in the issuance of future permits. The record shall include the use as listed in this chapter, the use not listed in the chapter upon which a substantially similar determination was made, and the dates of action by the Board of Zoning Appeals and Council as the case may be.
