§ 157.055 STANDARDS FOR CONSIDERATION OF SUBSTANTIALLY SIMILAR USES.
   (A)   The following standards and guidelines shall be considered by the board when making a determination that a use is substantially similar:
      (1)   The relationship and compatibility of the use to the general use classification system as specified in § 157.119 of this chapter;
      (2)   The nature, predominate character, and intensity of the use in relation to those uses specified in this chapter; and
      (3)   The size, dimensional requirements, traffic generation potential, anticipated sign needs, parking requirements, and other regulatory characteristics normally associated with uses specified in this chapter.
   (B)   A statement relating to each of these issues shall be included in the finding of fact submitted to Council.
