Upon receipt of the application for a conditional use permit, the Board shall hold a public hearing, publish notice in a newspaper, and give written notice to all parties in interest according to the procedures specified in §§ 157.044 through 157.047. The intent of this section is to provide procedures for conditional use permits that are identical to the procedures for appeals and variances. To the extent necessary, the terminology in §§ 157.044 to 157.047 shall be modified to reflect that the application and procedure is for the issuance of a conditional use permit.
