The Zoning Inspector shall maintain a record of all zoning permits and certificates of occupancy and copies shall be furnished upon request to any person after the payment of a fee established to cover reproduction costs. In addition, the Zoning Inspector shall keep a record of site reviews, inspections, and other actions associated with the permit including dates, comments, communications with the applicant or his agent, photographs, newspaper articles, and such other items that might be used as evidence in a court of law.
