For the purpose of this chapter the Mayor shall have the following responsibilities:
(A) To make appointments of citizen members of the Commission and to serve as a member of the Commission;
(B) To remove members of the Commission for non-performance of duty, misconduct in office, or other causes; and
(C) To approve or reject all amendments to this chapter or other ordinances relating to this chapter.
