§ 157.011 DUTIES OF PLANNING COMMISSION.

   For the purposes of this chapter the Commission shall have the following duties:

   (A)   To initiate proposed amendments to this chapter;

   (B)   To review all proposed amendments to this chapter and make recommendations to Council;

   (C)   To review all planned unit developments and make recommendations to Council.

   (D)   Unexcused absence three meetings in elective year shall be cause for removal.
