§ 151.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, corporation, or agent, who shall violate any provision of this chapter, or fail to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements thereof, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined not more than $100. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
