§ 118.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings ascribed to them respectively.
   MECHANICAL AMUSEMENT DEVICE. Any machine or device which by the payment of moneys or other things of value or by the insertion of a coin, slug, token, plate or disc operates or may be operated as a game, contest or amusement. MECHANICAL AMUSEMENT DEVICE includes but is not limited to mechanical devices such as pinball games, mechanical bowling games, electrically operated target games, mechanical baseball, mechanical football, and other similar types of mechanical amusement devices or games of skill or chance.
   MINIATURE SKEE BALL BOWLING ALLEYS and SHUFFLE BOARD. Shuffle alley and shuffle skill games.
   PERSON, FIRM, CORPORATION, or ASSOCIATIONS.
      (1)   Any person, firm, corporation, or association which owns such machine;
      (2)   The person, firm, corporation, or association in whose place of business such machine is placed for use by the public; and
      (3)   The person, firm, corporation, or association having control over the machine.
