§ 115.25 RIGHTS OF EXISTING LICENSEES.
   All property rights hereinbefore acquired or granted under the provisions of prior taxicab ordinances shall remain in full force and effect until the expiration of such licenses, rules, and orders, and shall in no wise be affected by the provisions of this chapter.
