§ 115.02 RENEWAL OF LICENSES; EXISTING LICENSES.

All taxicabs that are licensed at the date of adoption of these codified ordinances shall continue to hold such license for the current year, and the license shall be renewable without a certificate of convenience and necessity, provided the licensee has complied with all other requirements of this chapter.
