§ 112.04 FEE; BOND.
   The mayor is authorized to grant a license to any person of good character upon the payment by such person into the city treasury the sum of $25 and executing a bond to the city in the sum of $1,000, and with sufficient sureties, conditioned for a faithful observance of the ordinances of the city.
