(A) Billiard parlor and bowling alley licenses, issued under the provisions of this chapter, shall expire at the end of each calendar year, subject to renewal.
(B) The annual license fee shall be $5, except that a fee of $2.50 shall be charged for a license covering a period of 6 months or less.
