§ 110.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No person shall conduct or operate any public amusement, skating rink, dance, or similar public entertainment where an admission is charged without obtaining a public amusement permit from the mayor. ('59 Code, § 711.01) Penalty, see § 110.99
