(A) No person shall possess common phosphorous paste containing 1% or more of phosphorus. However, this section shall not apply to the possession by pest control operators or employees as defined by the regulations of the Columbus Board of Health, nor to recognized suppliers of such operators or employees.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
