§ 94.03 SWIMMING IN CERTAIN STREAMS.
   (A)   No person shall wade, swim, or bathe in the Hocking River or its tributaries, gravel pits, quarries, or excavations, provided, that the provision herein prohibiting wading in such streams shall not apply to licensed fishermen who are wading therein for the purpose of fishing.
   (B)   The director of public service and safety is authorized and directed to place appropriate warning signs along the Hocking River or its tributaries, gravel pits, quarries, or excavations.
   (C)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
