§ 94.02 OBJECTS ON WINDOW SILLS, ROOFTOPS.
   (A)   No person shall place or permit to remain upon the window sills, or in any open window, or upon the front or top of any building or structure of any kind standing upon the line of any street or other public place, any box, bucket, basket, pan, jar, jug, crock, crate, flowerpot, or any article of whatever kind unless the same is securely attached to the window, building, or other structure, or protected from falling therefrom in or upon any street or other public place by a good and sufficient railing or screen securely attached to the window, building, or other structure.
   (B)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
