§ 93.13 BANNING WILLOWS, COTTONWOODS, AND POPLARS.

No person shall plant any tree, as hereinafter listed, within 100 feet of any public utility line above and below the ground and any sewer, drain, or manhole in the city:

(A) Populus (All species and varieties).

(B) Salix (All species and varieties).
