All new construction of streets, sidewalks, curbs, and gutters shall conform to the specifications set forth for such improvements in new subdivisions in the Zoning Code, Chapter 157 and to an engineer's drawing entitled "Street Construction Requirements." This drawing shall be considered as part of the requirements of this chapter.
