SCHEDULE I RIGHT TURN ON RED PROHIBITED.

   (A)   Right turns on a red traffic signal are prohibited at the following intersections from all approaches:

      (Except from northbound approach)

   (B)   The director of public service and safety is authorized and directed to erect signs bearing the words "NO TURN ON RED" at the appropriate places called for at the intersections or approaches set forth in division (A).
