§ 76.21 VEHICLES CONTAINING OFFENSIVE SUBSTANCES.

No person shall park any truck, trailer, or other vehicle, which contains any excrement, dung, offal, or any other filth which produces offensive or unwholesome odors or smells, nearer than 100 feet to any residence within the corporate limits.
