§ 76.20 PARKING OVER 24 HOURS.
   Motor vehicles which are allowed to stand or park on a street of the city for a longer period than 24 hours shall be deemed a nuisance, and on complaint of the abutting property owner, the owner or operator of such motor vehicle shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
