§ 76.16 STOPPING TO DELIVER MERCHANDISE.
   In delivering goods, wares, or merchandise to or from any vehicle, the same shall be done at an available alley entrance where possible, except in residential districts. Such stop shall be made so it will not obstruct the free passage of the alley except when actually loading or unloading.
