(A) For purposes of this section, "business district" means the area bounded by the north side of Hunter Street, the east side of Walnut Street, the south side of Second Street, the west side of High Street, and including the property of the Logan-Hocking County District Library.
(B) No person shall ride a bicycle upon a sidewalk within the business district.
(C) No person shall ride a skateboard upon a sidewalk within the business district.
(D) Whenever a person is riding a bicycle upon any sidewalk where lawfully authorized, such person shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian, and shall give an audible signal before attempting to overtake and pass such pedestrian.
