§ 74.38 WRECKER EQUIPMENT.
   All wreckers operating within the city shall, in addition to equipment otherwise required, have the following equipment:
   (A)   At least two spotlights, capable of lighting to front and side, one to be of floodlight type mounted to light the rear.
   (B)   One red flashing type warning light, visible to vehicles approaching from any direction for a distance of at least 500 feet to be mounted on cab, and to be used only when in process of picking up a wrecked or disabled vehicle.
   (C)   At least one broom for the purpose of cleaning the road as required.
   (D)   At least one shovel.
   (E)   At least 6 emergency warning devices to be placed on the roadway at least 100 feet in either direction from the disabled or wrecked vehicle when it is necessary to block the roadway for an unreasonable time.
